We are in the field of advanced composites since 1998 and we have technical collaboration from Germany for manufacturing of composites.

We are in manufacturing SMC, DMC, BMC hot compression moulded products for various application in temperature controlled.

The SMC manufacturing process allows glass percentage from 15 to 40% 

SMC:- 15 to 40%
DMC:- 10 to 30%

Installed capacity:-

• SMC:- 25 Tons per day
• Annually:- 7000 Tons
• DMC:- 100 Tons per month
• Annually:- 1200 Tons

Features:- Good insulation properties, Low and high temperature resistance, High mechanical strength weight ratio, It has excellent physical, thermal, flam and chemical resistance properties.

Application:- Electricals, Switchgear, Automotive industries.
