We have designed FRP Composite platforms especially for maintenance of equipment installed inside cooling tower cells. This system was designed and developed by us for the cooling tower user problem related to Maintenance, Safety, and Corrosion, weight reliability for existing steel & wooden platform.

We have already installed large number of such platforms in cells for Maintenance of Cooling Tower Gearbox, Fan Drive Shaft, Coupling, etc.4)You are aware that the maintenance of CT fan cells generally takes minimum 2 to 3working days or more depending upon the nature of maintenance and during such time the cooling tower cell remains out of service and that may result into slightly higher temperature of the re-cooled water.

PART CONSOLIDATION : Many individual components can be combined into one large profile.

DIMENSIONAL STABILITY : Extremely resistant to stretching, warping or swelling over a wide range of temperatures and physical stresses.

THERMAL INSULATION : It has low thermal conductivity 1/500th of Aluminium and 1/100th of steel.

MAINTENANCE FREE : Available in custom built colours and does not need any maintenance.
